In 2025, Lee's Friends provided 900 rides to cancer patients without access to reliable transportation, ensuring they receive critical medical care and treatment.  Our Transportation Program runs Monday through Friday for patients living and receiving treatment in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach. We can accommodate appointments as early as 9:00am and as late as 2:00pm, with return transportation provided for all rides. Driving schedules and routes vary depending on each patient’s needs and volunteer availability.
