Day of Caring Volunteers that sign up for the Suffolk ForKids location will perform the following tasks:

Power wash picnic tables, side of building and playground equipment

Plant fall flowers

Trim bushes

Rake yard debris

Organize donations

Deep clean the kitchen

Restock and clean the community resource patio

Volunteer Should Provide

Volunteers should arrive dressed appropriately for indoor and outdoor tasks, wearing closed toe shoes, comfortable clothing that may be exposed to cleaners and yard debris. Volunteers are welcome to bring their own work gloves and refillable water bottles.

Agency Will Provide

ForKids will supply tools, drinks, snacks and a lunch. Please let us know by September 14 if you have any dietary restrictions.
